Horseradish Cream Sauce

This is great for Steak, Corned Meat, or any Beef Dish that requires a sauce!


INGREDIENTS
1 Tbsp Horseradish Cream
50g Butter
1 Tbsps Plain Flour
2 Cups of Hot Milk
1 Tbsp Fresh Parsley, chopped (optional)

METHOD
Melt butter in a saucepan.
Add flour, cook, stirring for 1 minute.
Gradually add milk, stirring, until sauce boils and thickens.
Stir in horseradish cream and parsley.
Season to taste.
Serve immediately.
